So after a brief trip back to Yorkshire, partly for a day at The Day Job and partly to drop some work off at Cupola in Sheffield, we went over to Wales for a few days. So for the first post just a quick few shots, and in fact the only time either of us really used a camera in daylight this holiday; the flat, leaden sky in the shots probably explaining why.
We'd nipped up to Bangor for the day and took a stroll out onto the pier which pokes out into the Menai Strait.
Nothing terrific about the shots, but a useful recce of a new location (for us; the Foster Childs had already had a visit a few weeks ago with my parents with much scoffing of cake in the very welcome café at the end of the pier).
Somewhere which might be worth returning to for a future shoot anyway. The next few posts will be about the main photography work we were here for, some night shoots...
