Return to Llanberis


OK so photographically speaking we have kind-of done Llanberis Slate Museum to death in recent years (it's a very good museum, but also it is free, indoors, and when you have three small children to look after and you're in a country where it rains a lot, these latter two benefits become terribly important) but here are a few pictures nonetheless.



As you can see from the above shot, outdoors it was very gloomy, but the lighting inside through the slightly dusty windows was nice.  So we decided to do some more close-ups on some of the details inside which caught our eye, like cogwheels, switches, phones and so on.





Oh and finally, the token transport shots of the day, this time an RAF Chinook making a low pass over the museum.
