Another mini-update, and some railway photographs taken whilst commuting around the Worth Valley whilst working. Above, Keighley in the rain where a Settle-Carlisle service was arriving...
...followed by a freight heading up to Grassington.
Nicer weather the next morning, for a Pacer on an incredibly overloaded service to Leeds (go, Northern Powerhouse, go...) again at Keighley.
Bingley the week after, and celebrity Class 66 "Evening Star" racing through on a freight...
...though better was to come when I got off at Keighley. Real Time Trains was showing an empty stock working from Carnforth to York coming through, though the numbers of other photographers at each station had me suspecting something a bit special was coming through instead, the run disguised. Some of the other chaps had heard it was a steam working, and in a classic case of being in the right place at the right time, it turned out to be "Flying Scotsman" coming through the station.
