Blackberry Picking

Another little update today.  Earlier on in the summer we went foraging with Amy's brother-in-law, who's a chef.  There were many blackberries to be picked at a semi-derelict bit of farm, off a public footpath near a village (the name of which I cannot remember) out near Southport.  We took the camera anyway, and got in some shots...

Crumbling brickwork on an old barn.

Abandoned garage.  An odd one, this, as there was no obvious vehicle access, except that the path up was cobbled in places, suggesting it was a very overgrown road.

Big, wide, open sky over the crops.

It made a change to do some moody landscape shots, something we hadn't done for a while at this point.
